Al Nassr Turns to Premier League Talent

After missing out on Salah, Vinícius Jr. and Díaz, Al Nassr have set their sights on a new target

Al Nassr Eye Premier League Sensation Mohammed Kudus

The Saudi giants now aim to secure Ghanaian star Mohammed Kudus from West Ham United. Consequently, they hope to bolster their squad following high-profile disappointments earlier this window.

Kudus Poised to Exit London Stadium

At 24, Kudus has developed into one of the Premier League’s most exciting talents, earning 42 caps for Ghana. He joined West Ham in 2023 and quickly became indispensable.

Moreover, his contract features a release clause allowing a summer switch for over €80 million. Therefore, Al Nassr view him as a realistic addition.

West Ham’s Rebuild Funded by Sale

Manager Graham Potter plans a squad overhaul to bounce back from relegation scares. The sale of Kudus could generate more than €80 million, funding multiple signings.

Notably, West Ham may offload Fullkrug, Palmieri and Souček. Meanwhile, Soler and Ferguson will return from loan spells. As a result, Potter can refashion his side for a fresh challenge.

A Star-Studded Saudi Line-up

Kudus would join a star-heavy Al Nassr roster featuring Ronaldo, Mané and Brozović. Italy’s Stefano Pioli leads the side, which currently sit third in the Saudi Pro League with 60 points from 29 games.

Despite losing the Super Cup final to Al Hilal, Al Nassr remain serious title contenders at home and in the AFC Champions League Elite.

Kudus’s Impressive CV

  • Individual Awards: Ghana Footballer of the Year 2023, Premier League Goal of the Season 2023-24

  • Versatility: Can play on either wing or as an attacking midfielder

  • Market Value: €50 million (Transfermarkt)
